Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Balloontern. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please contact our customer support to obtain return authorization and instructions before sending any product back.
Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged, and resellable condition, with all original components, accessories, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer (except in cases of manufacturing defects).
Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required for all returns. This helps us verify the purchase and process your refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return. For example, any products marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable) cannot be returned. Additionally, gift cards or custom-made items (if we offer these) are non-refundable. We will clearly indicate on the product page if an item is not returnable.
Return Shipping: In cases of buyer’s remorse or if you simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. For returns due to product damage during transportation, manufacturing defects or our error (wrong item sent), we will refund your return shipping cost after verifying the situation.
Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a certain amount of time (typically 5–10 business days after we process the refund) for your bank or credit card provider to credit the refund. If the item is not in the requested condition, we may, at our sole discretion, refuse the return or issue a partial refund after negotiation.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us. In many cases, you will be asked to return the original item and we will arrange to ship the replacement item once we receive it. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning and reshipping the item.
Restocking Fee: We do not generally charge restocking fees for returned items that meet the above conditions. However, if an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or outside of the return window without prior approval, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee or deny the return.
Process: To initiate a return, contact us at :(support@balloontern.com) or via our Contact Us form with your order details. We will guide you through the return process, including providing the return shipping address and any necessary RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if applicable. Items sent back to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
