Balloontern is proud to offer international shipping so customers around the world can enjoy our products. Below we outline the terms and conditions of our shipping services, including any limitations or obligations for customers:

 

Shipping Locations: We ship to most countries worldwide. However, please note that we are unable to ship to certain remote or hard-to-reach regions. If your delivery address is in an area we cannot service (due to carrier limitations or import restrictions), we will notify you during checkout or as soon as possible and will not process the order payment. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in regions where our carriers are unable to deliver.

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take a bit longer, but we will communicate any significant delays on our website or via email. (Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Shipping transit times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation email. Please be aware that international deliveries to some countries may take several weeks due to distance and customs processing. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee arrival times, as delays can occur due to customs clearance, international transit, or unforeseen logistical issues.

 

Shipping Methods and Carriers: We partner with reputable carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services) to deliver your order. The choice of carrier may depend on destination and service selected. All orders will include tracking information whenever available, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor the delivery status.

 

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination. From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount or to certain regions; any such offers will be clearly indicated on our site. International shipments may incur additional fees which we do not control (see Customs, Duties & Taxes below).

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (e.g., VAT, GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company upon arrival. These charges are *not* included in our product prices or shipping costs, and **the customer is responsible for paying any such fees**. We have no control over these governmental charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely by country, so if you are unsure, please check with your local customs office for information on what import fees may apply to your order. Additionally, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees or if an item is returned to us because it could not clear customs, we may refund the product price minus any return shipping or import costs incurred by us, as applicable.

 

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from Balloontern are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in the event of a lost or damaged package. If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We may, at our discretion, send a replacement or provide a refund for the lost/damaged item in such cases.

 

Delivery Issues: It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund of the product price (shipping fees may not be refundable in such cases). For multi-package orders, packages may arrive separately. If part of your order does not arrive, please reach out to us.
