The extra large balloon solar lantern is very beautiful. I love it! I ordered two but only received one, so I'm hoping to resolve this issue soon. I want to buy more!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered an item which was to be a Christmas gift. I got a completely different item. I emailed customer service, but never got a response.

I received my balloons and two of them were broken, but they replaced the panels at no charge and I’m very happy with the balloons got them hanging my tree and they look really really pretty. I have four and thank you so much for all your help. The balloons look like they have fire in them. They’re really beautiful. We love them thanks again.

The large balloon is gorgeous and the light it puts out is awesome. I have had a smaller one and really enjoy the ambiance from it. However the ambiance from the large one is hard to describe as it is absolutely beautiful and bright. Do not hesitate to purchase one. You will be happy with the products.
My only complaint is that the lanterns come in the same box with no identification. I ordered several different ones for select people and had to open them to identify.
